An Experiment

OK for the last 10 days or so I've been doing daily vinegar enemas with increasing doses.

The net result was I got rid of most of my bowel candida. And boy was there a lot of it. I say most because it grows back pretty quickly. But one thing I did manage to do was to reduce that awful stench - you know the one I mean - the one which makes your gut smell like a rotting sewer. I managed to completely eliminate the smell.

Some people say that candida is the cause. Others say that it is merely the symptom. My experiment seemed to indicate that it isn't the underlying problem (at least not for me), but merely symptomatic of a wider condition.

Getting rid of the candida actually made me feel worse overall. I felt incredibly weak and toxic.

I was combining the enemas with high dosage prebiotics - specifically inulin and chlorella. I also added in plenty of fibre - either in the form of flax or psyllium. I also took a very high dosage probiotic.

At first I noticed some positive effects, but after a while I felt nothing from these therapies.

One other thing - in my enemas I noticed what looked like seeds, and some that looked like bits of mushrooms. It could just be something I ate. Or it could it be parasites. I am skeptical, but at the moment I'm clutching at straws, and thats the only straw I can get hold of.

JV.
