I wouldnt beat myself up too much about it. Put it behind you and start anew. The worst thing for me is that dwelling on it just makes me feel worse! It sounds more to me that food is a comfort thing to you which it is to me and countless others so your not weak, just feeling low and a pint of ice cream is great at the time! I know you want to be healthy, thats why you've taking steps to do it, just know that you will have ups and downs and so does everyone else and your definetly not alone! Dont give up! Im here as well if you feel like talking about how your feelings, anytime you want!
