I got some sun yesterday, and also sweated for the first time in ages. Today I woke up with massive die-off, more than I have felt in a long long time.
In the early days of this illness I used to feel terrible whenever I used to do any aerobic exercise. I thought that the illness had compromised my exercise capacity. It wasn't that though - it was die-off.
Exercise regularly. Take hot detox/sweat baths too. Lie in the sun. Sweat it out - you will get better.
