I have found wonderful success with Sugar cravings by taking L-Glutamine. After a week I found I was not getting those pesty hunger cravings between meals, and when I did get hungary it wasn't focused on sweets. I just love the stuff. You can it in any nutrition store. I saw it at a smoothie shop. You will find it more expensive when packaged with Arganine, which is for building muscle, so watch out for that.
