The concept of mucoid-plaque is an illusive one. I am not sure how many of us have it. I am not sure if I ever had it, though I know that I have candida.
I also know that my candida lives in my intestinal lining - the mucosal layer. It doesn't need any "mucoid plaque" to survive - it is happy enough in your mucosal layer.
After a colonic I had a big 6 inch piece of wall-to-wall mucosal-layer come out. It was pure white with candida. It should be clear.
Bowel cleansing is certainly useful for candida, but in itself it will not cure you unless you have a very mild case.
The habitat for candid is your mucosal layer, which you can't remove because its also the habitat for your good bacteria, and protects your insides from your outsides.
