Nothing can really take the place of colonics imho. It really is a fast way to clean yourself out. I hope that you can find a close place to have one done, if possible. The three I had helped me tremendously. Sometimes if you have a healthfood store in your area, you can go there and find a hydrotherapist in the area. They usually have a networking type of community and that's how I found my hydrotherapist. Just look at some of the literature that they have laying around, and you might find something. My hydrotherapist wasn't even in the phonebook, so I would not have found her if I had wanted to. But she was in one of these community fliers that listed alternative medicine practitioners. Tweet
