releasing mucoid plaque - is it possible?

Hi,

Reading your post made me wonder and say "Hmmm". Is if possible that I'm looking for something thats not going to happen? Before I found this site I used most of a 24 oz. can of whole psylliam husks and a couple types of herbal cleansers over the course of 3 years, really very inconsistent and didn't change my diet to a good diet at all, except for some inconsistent juicing. So I feel I might have done a little good but cancelled it with my bad diet and the times I didn't use the psyllium. Back than, I also did Master-Cleanse for 16 days, and a year later water fasted for 26 days. They were both easy and no recognizable cleansing reactions occured during these fasts. (That seems very weird too, compared to what people on this site experience.)

So, my question is, how do I know I didn't already pass mucoid plaque as the old brown gunk that came out while doing enemas during the 2 fasts? Especially since that was before I knew exactly what to look for? What do people think?
