Jhan,
you are right that glutathione is a key nutrient in the fight against candida being the body's most important anti-oxidant and is very often low in those with candida.

Glyconutrients are something else though - they are complex saccharide (sugar) molecules whose importance in nutrition and health are only just being recognized.
