Bladder weakness something many of us yeasties suffer from. Although I don't have particularly increased frequency of urination, I can't hold it in.

It is my understanding that this is linked to high levels of blood calcium (which affect the bladder muscle). High blood calcium is typical of those suffering chronic illness and is a typical biological marker of fatigue.

Calcium levels can be checked with amongst other things hair analysis.

Supplementing with magnesium may alleviate sypmtoms.
