I have had overall success with making some changes - I consider them lifestyle changes as opposed to quick fixes. Removing Sugar from my diet helped to control candida, insulin and hormones. Removing dairy strengthened my stomach acids. I use lots of garlic every so often. You might notice that a lot of anti-candida products on the market use garlic as a major ingredient. Fresh garlic is great and works better than any marketed product IMO, and it's FAR less expensive. I mostly eat whole foods now.
