Re: Garlic is an antifungal

Hi Jhan - thanks for the response. I did read up on Shelley's stuff, but was concerned because allicin (star ingredient) in garlic supposedly doesn't make it past the stomach to the candida in the intestines (allicin.com), so my sprinkling garlic on food might be futile for candida and parasites. I read your method of taking garlic cloves, and will try that too.

I also read you other post (don't want to hijack the other thread):

"Tinnitus (ringing in your ears)?

My ssister found out she had candida just a month ago and in the coming two months she will get over it. I found out about candida when I was at the stage of secundary anemia - it's been more than a year but I am almost there.

Jhan"

I have developed tinnitus over the past year. Is this a sign of chronic candida? Also your secondary anemia - was that caused by candida?

Thanks for your input Jhan
