I seem to be able to handle raw foods when they're juiced but I don't guarantee this works for everyone.
Here's a potient I use:
Into a good juicer (Greenpower or Champion ideally,) put half a bunch of fresh kale, chard or dandelion greens, a clove of garlic, a small chunk of fresh ginger and lots and lots of celery.
I then put this mixture into the blender with a third of an avocado, some fresh lemon juice and Celtic salt to taste.
It's a meal in itself and, if you're lucky enough to be able to tolerate fresh raw vegetables like this, I promise you'll feel all rosy cheeked and perky.
