Long strings of Candida?!

Hello,
I did a second round of apple cider vinegar enemas tonight (same "harsh" strength), and passed quite a bit of candida. YAY. Much of it was like two days ago - many 1cm flakes which floated, sank, were embedded in stool. But tonight there were ALSO long gobs of the white stuff, intertwined with what looked like brown thread. Kind of freaky but exciting. The stools were mucoid plaque, embedded with white spots. This is why I am continuing the psyllium and Bentonite - to get this crud out, which is harboring candida! LOL, it's strange - the eagerness to share bowel movements with strangers. I'm just really excited to see this stuff leave my body! Tweet
