I read my second post again, and I guess it could be read different ways. In any event, by no means did I intend to downplay the liver flushing. but for liver flushing, I would not have recovered. What I meant to say was that I did many other natural things as well. I did mean to downplay antifungals and probiotics as I feel they are no long term solution. I would suggest you read up on the Liver Flush until you are comfortable. Its really not that bad if done correctly (I always follow Andreas' Moritz's directions, he has a forum here on curezone, with loads of great advice).
By focusing on the totality of your health, and ignoring individual symptoms like candida overgrowth or infections, whatever the perceived problem may be, the body has a way of correcting them before you realize it. Check out Andreas' book, "key to health and rejuvenation". its that book really that set me on the road to recovery. eating advice, yoga, sleeping right, meditation... and how I viewed my life. all these things were important. I know that when you are in the throws of what you think is a really tough illness like candida, its hard to see beyond your immediate issues... just making through the day is hard enough. but really, you have to try and look beyond the trees to see the forest if you want to see the way home. this isn't just fluff bs... I was very sick with candida and now am better than I have been in my life, honestly.
