Re: Does Candida float or sink?

A quarter-cup ACV??? Whoa there partner!! I don't use much more than a tablespoon / quart. That is what's recommended in the recipes I've read for vinegar enemas too. ACV is pretty darned acidic and it is possible to give your colon an acid burn...

Enemas need to be done with caution - there are no pain nerve endings in the colon and you do not feel it when the water is too hot or acidic - and so people have injured themselves this way. Please use caution. It is also very necessary to make sure all your equipment is perfectly clean and dry before and after use - people have given themselves infections from enemas. Just my two cents.
