I am having trouble on my cleansing diet.. I find that the more different types of fruit I eat, the more I miss eating regular meals. Is there one or maybe 2 types of fruit that, if you eat both of them on a daily basis, would be nutritious enough to do a monthlong cleansing diet on? Like, bananas and apples, or any other combination? I would like to clean out my colon as much as possible without using colonics or enemas, and I would like to get as much nutrition as possible from just a couple of foods. This is in no way permanent.
