I have heard that bananas can be constipating if you eat too many. If you want a really sweet treat, (you will have to bring this from home) try this....an apple, cut in half and spread each half with almond butter. It is better than candy and spreading the nut butter on the apple keeps it from turning brown. I make my own almond butter by grinding the nuts in the blender and adding some almond oil, honey and Sea Salt . I don't have any measurements for you because I make different size batches but after you grind your nuts (can be any kind) add oil to get spreading consistancy and a little honey for taste plus Sea Salt . Loads of fiber, vitamins, minerals, omega 3 oil....great guilt reliever!
