Hains was the first brand I bought. It was in a plastic bottle and one of my half grown puppies got hold of it, chewed off the neck of the bottle and lapped up the oil. He now has a very shiny coat and a clean colon :). Frankly, I believe the choice of oil is mostly a matter of taste and texture, and we can be very different in those areas. I tried Hains sesame oil a few years ago, but find Spectrum much better tasting and feeling. However, I would not be surprised if a lot of people felt just the opposite. The key is to find what works best for our system and then be diligent about doing it. Tweet
