Again, you missed the boat, even when it's explained to you before.
What he means is each species has a signature, a unique dna sequence. He calls it a frequency, I call it a signature, or dna sequence. It cannot cross over species. Once an organism has it, it will have it forever; future generations will be that organism forever.

So hopefully you now get the concept, and debate on it, instead of constantly going in circles about the choice of words he picked. lol
