Hi Sweetness! I agree, white Sugar is a drug and there are millions of ignorant addicts out there. I was one too. To get off sugar, you just have to tough out a few days of withdrawal symptoms, and a longer period of cravings.
Are you eating organic fruits and vegetables? To me, they taste so much better than non-organic (in addition to being better for us in countless ways). Their richer, fuller and sweeter flavor is much more satisfying than that of their non-organic counterparts.
I like to eat a couple of teaspoons of bee propolis or royal jelly if I'm craving something sweet, but I limit this to evenings, as a treat. And for quick energy during the day, the lemonade/maple syrup/cayenne drink from The Master Cleanse is great.
