I need help, I want to change my diet. I want to go all raw food.
How can a person do this and not feel deprived?
How can a person do this and not crave a juicy steak? (sorry if I offend anyone, but when raised on animal protein, you sort of crave it)
As well how can you eat all raw foods, and be sure you are getting everything your body needs, protein, iron, amino acids...etc.?
Any hints or tips to do this cheaply...(obviously not too cheap, but I don't want to break the bank)
As well does anyone know where to get dried fruits, and nuts without the sulphites?
