Copyright Issues

I wanted to let the site administrators know that material from this site is being lifted and published at http://forums.delphiforums.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=HOPEISALIVE&... but I see that you have a very liberal view of copyright law. I urge you to do a little more research, as you are wrongly interpreting educational use. Educational use is when a certain number of copies are made for short-term use in an educational setting. It does not give you the right to copy entire passages from publications, be they print or digital, and post them for the public. It does not matter that you are non-commercial. Non-profit entities are not above the law, they also are required to respect the property of others. Tweet
