We may disagree on homeopathy - but the point is that you can't ask for scientific proof in one instance and then deny it in another. Its inconsitent to say the least.

Let me bring *you* up to date. I was talking about the new SSRI antidepressants such as Prozac, Zoloft, Seroxat etc. which have recently been discovered to trigger suicidal episodes in vulnerable people (i.e. the very people who are prescribed these drugs). There was a good Panorama programme on it (October 2002).
Here is a summary of the programme below, and the despicable way in which the drug companies washed their hands of this problem.
