hmm I'm a little concerned over the amount you mentioned: "2 tablespoons 2'Xs a day". I'm thinking this is a bit much and 1 tbsp per day would be enough. You can dilute it with as much was as necessary (as long as you get it all in *s*) or do small amounts throughout the day.
Seems I also remember at the Bragg's site that it's best not to take it straight, even with a chaser, but dilution is best.
What kind are you using? The best is raw, unfiltered, unpastuerized organic with the Mother at the bottom (the gunky stuff). If you don't have any, you can pick some up at just about any health food store or order online.
Some have luck with the pill form (?) but I've never investigate those and, actually, prefer to stay away from the manufacturer's additions =)
