Hello, I had been hearing about ACV for awhile now and decided to try it this past Sunday night. I put 1 teaspoon in approx. 10oz of water and drank it down. Prior to that I had been feeling great that day. I had had a veggie omelete that morning for breakfast and some popcorn with salt and butter for dinner and then drank the ACV mixture about 1/2 hour after eating the popcorn. It went down fine, and the taste wasn't as bad as I thought it might be. Then about a 1/2 hour later I went to bed. I felt a little weird, but nothing too major, but I did end up having a hard time sleeping that night.
When I woke up Monday morning, I felt a little nauseous, but made it to work anyway. While at work I felt more nauseous and had loose bowels, causeing me to leave around lunch time. I rode the train the whole way home just praying I'd make it home (an hour commute) w/o heaving. Basically, I just wanted to let people know that if you're going to be trying ACV for the first time you may want to try it when you know you won't have to be anywhere the next day, just incase you have a similar experience as I had.
Will I be injesting more ACV in the future? Definitely not in that way, but I'd probably still use it on/with food. I'm not sure what happened or if ACV is just not for me like some of the other posts say, it's not for everyone, but if anyone has any thoughts I'm willing to listen.
