small note: I've noticed it is not the innocent-seeming bite of sweet bread of chocolate isn't what does me in, it is the binge that it starts. So.....sometimes this works for me. If I decide to have something, someone brings a birthday cake for everyone at work, my favorite kind, and I have a piece, sometimes I can think, if this is the only few bites of junkfood I eat for an entire 5 days, or for this entire week (whatever your time frame is), I'm way ahead of how I used to eat! That gives you a goal to continue with a few more days accomplishment realizing that if you don't binge, you're actually doing good. Most people eat bad every single day! Hope this helps. :-)
