day 10

Today is day 10 and i am finished. I am going to do a liver cleanse tonight maybe depends how i feel. i am having ocular migrains which as you know are not painful just strange. yesterday i took an epison salt bath and i had a huge detox rush i also need an adjustment in the worest way. so we will see. i am very excited to be done with this and will do another one in the fall. sept. i think. really want to try some good raw recipe. this has been wonderful and i am again this time at a weight i don't ever remember being at before. which doesn't mean anything to much expect i know alot of it was stored toxins. my legs look great. the bath was such a helper.
