So Confused, Zoe... Where are ya or anyone?

It's me again, so I'm pretty much ready to get my Master-Cleanse underway, but before I started I figured I should probably do a Liver Flush first, ok no problem so I check out the Liver Flush Forum , and it says before you Liver Flush you should do a bowel cleanse... Okaaaay so I go to the Bowel Cleanse Forum , and there again, it says you should do a parasite cleanse first!!! Ok ok I got it... So I guess I'm confused on what the best way to go about this is, there are sooo many options out there. I've decided that I'll probably use Humacleanse for my parasite cleanse, unless anyone can suggest something better, I'm looking for something that works good, but isn't so expensive. So then I guess I'd need to move into a bowel cleanse, I'm not even sure where to start on that, so any suggestions are greatly appreciated. and then start a liver flush after that...pretty self explanatory. But, I'm really ready to get my Master-Cleanse underway, could I do a parasite/bowel cleanse during the MC, and then after about a week to 10 days on the Master-Cleanse do a liver flush.... I'm just confused on what the best way to go about it is. I want to receive the most optimal results from my MC and I figured the cleaner I am the better. So if anyone could suggest the best way to go about that please let me know... TIA :)
