1.) I purchased the products from MH. Go to the Ask Barefoot forum, click on the green icon at the top of the page, One Cure Cures All, to go to his web page. Read the 108pages pdf first. Then educate yourself with the rest of his info, search out Dr. John Christopher's newsletters online and read them. If you like, I can email you copies of what I have from Dr. Christopher's newsletters concerning eye formulas. Let me know.

2.) My husband has used the Herbal Eye Balance syrup/tincture and Herbal Eye Balance tincture wash about 3 or 4 weeks.

3.) He takes 1 tsp. of the HEB syrup/tincture each morning and night. He uses the HEB eye wash tincture one to four times per day. On the days he has been consistent in using the eye wash more often, the less burning he has experienced.
