I agree, 8 pounds is a lot for 4 days but remember part is water weight the first few days. I lost typically about 1lb per day. Be careful wanting to lose faster then that - the primary motivation should be health and with true health will come a nice weight. Most people have had their extra weight a long time - it will take a while to lose it then so be patient with yourself and the process and you'll enjoy it much more. If you change your eating habits post-cleanse, the pounds will continue to come off. Good luck & be well!
