On my first MC, I totally slacked off on the first few days. I felt weak/lazy day 2-4. Then on day 5 I started to feel really good and day 6 I went to the gym, carefully, knowing how people talk about getting dizzy. I had a lemonade before, started on the eliptical machine and felt so good that I jumped on the treadmill and had a great run! I felt great. went home and had another lemonade just to be safe but it felt great and I had no problems. This time I was more tired and found that when I could exercise, it helped to break the fog although I took more naps then usual. My experience: exercising on the Master-Cleanse is a great idea. :-)
