I hope you're still encouraged about what you've done. The last time did have some of that great energy. I really like the Master-Cleanse in general and I feel that it's done wonders just in the fact that it got me away from my sweet tooth which I couldn't do along (I tried - a lot!). I'm very positive about doing it, just like I said, more fatigue, perhaps because of cayenne and perhaps that will be better once I exercise. I certainly hope you feel better as you go back to food.
