Thanks, commoncents. Yeah, it's not emotional pain but could be bordom or more impatience. There are things in life I'm impatient about and it creates a kind of pent up energy and I think I put that toward food. It may sound wierd but if I were more relaxed about everything (something I work on but have much difficulty with), I feel that I would be more relaxed about food. I appreciate your advice. I was thinking of an Master-Cleanse slimfast diet. Lemonade for breakfast, lemonade for lunch and a sensible dinner! I may try regular waterfasting as you suggested since I'm better on the weekends when I can focus on things that keep me interested/busy, rather then stuck in the office. Thanks again, much love.
