Hi Glowing! I did my first flush on April 29. My second one I did on May 16 and that was my first day of a 14 day Master Cleanse. Then I did my 3rd flush yesterday. I truly believe that they are helping me and I'm already looking forward to my next one! :)

If you go to the Liver Flush Forum and search for my messages, I've got posts describing all of my flushes and pictures of the first 2 (I haven't uploaded the pictures from yesterday yet).

Also, you should read about Telman's flushing experiences. He's been doing it for awhile.
