I have never heard of it. I use a DIETERS Tea from GNC. It is good and strong and WORKS every time. You have to figure out what steeping strength is good for you, but it works. I have read too much about the Smooth Move not MOVING PEOPLE! So I never even tried it. I have a Tea that works, so I will stick with it.

Mon. morning will officially be my day one, AGAIN. I got company this weekend and it blew my PLAN for starting Sat. Morning.

I have never heard of your tea, but as long as it gives you several movements, day and night, it should suffice. Don't let the words that we sling around here such as Herbal and Organic throw you off... the words you are looking for in the Tea functioning are "LAXITIVE," and maybe "SENNA."
