This is VeryNew. I've gone to my # because I'm no longer very new. I've never been on a forum before and didn't think about that when I chose a name.
On with the encouragement for those who need to chew.
Yesterday I tried limes. They worked. A change and I wasn't hungry, but if you've been reading I am allergic to them. Today it's herbal tea. I went a bought a Traditional Medicine Easy Now for tension and stress. Good idea, since the rash is spreading. I have a lot of tea in the house, but many have words like natural flavors or don't say they are 100 herbal. So I wasn't sure if I could use them. They are probably okay but this tea is soothing and solving the craving for food. And I'm not into the Yogi teas.
Our house is not a haven for MC. But that's okay too. My husband is not doing the MC. He isn't into anything this healthy, though he probably should be. So he's like the fiance who eats late at night. He's not being mean, but he's hungry. Oh the smells. (Although the kielbasa did make be gag a bit.)
So for those of you out there on day 8, tea may be the way to get to day 10.
