Ooooh, if you're a chef like that, all seasoned and stuff, maybe you'd be interested in that book RAW. It looks fab, but not for the cooking novice so after looking at it a lot, I did not pick it up. I need to learn some basics. For you it might make focusing on healthy food much more interesting. I wish I were near the restaurant so they could cook me healthy super yummy/interesting raw meals!
As for me, I'm not going RAW - so far mostly raw w/some cooked veggies.
