post fast help


I'm about 1 week post fast. Always eating solids (fruits & veggies only so far), I find myself getting back into my late afternoon I'm-not-hungry-but-snack-anyway mode. So I made up some lemonade. I swear, the stuff is a perfect appetite suppressant! It gets rid of my illogical urge to just snack all afternoon. This stuff is the ultimate!!! :-D
