I am new to the MC, on day 4 myself, and had terrible cravings until today because I didn't strain the lemon juice when making the lemonade. It was causing me to continue to crave food. I have strained my juice since getting the advice and the craving have gone away. What I'm trying to get at is, maybe if you strain it so there's no fiber in it, it may be ok everyother day to have some. It's only natural vitamins and minerals, and it's not adding any toxins to your system (if it's organic), and if ingested at night it may not take anything away from the process of the Lemonade Diet during the day. But I'm no expert, maybe someone has else a great reason why NOT to. Hope this helps, good luck with your cleanse.
