Glad your gf made the decision that's best for her. Do you think that since she started sick, there was more (a lot more) than detoxing going on? And remember, she can always start again at another time.

Sounds like you're doing great solo at this point! Maybe don't worry about the number, 5 days, 7 days etc. Focus on getting through THIS day and think of the benefits THIS day has brought you. I know it's easier said than done as we speak a lot about Day #xyz around here lol. But you're doing this for *you*, so do what makes getting to your goals that much easier/better.
