Expect to detox, as this is a cleanse. You'll likely "feel" and "know" that you are detoxing. Grin and bear it, SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and bear it, lemonade and bear it, yadda yadda.
Always, always.. take it one DAY at a time. Your mind and body will be better off by the end of each day.
