Yes, absolutely... you are not alone. The first 3-4 days are the most difficult (supposedly because you are still "addicted" to what you've been eating). After 5 days, you kinda just want to keep going b/c you've made it this far already.
I've found that I get hungry (or think I am) right when I first allow myself to unwind. So now when I get home from work, I just get busy... do chores, write emails, even make the next day's lemonade. You just have to keep your mind off it.
To unwind, a good book is helpful... especially if it relates to the better diet you plan to be on after you break the fast.
