Would you mind sharing with all of us here some recipes/tips/suggestions on going RAW? Maybe even some sources (websites, books) that you know of as well?
My first Master-Cleanse was a successful 10 days, and I loved it. I tried it again a few months back and only lasted 5 days. Now it's my third attempt and I am on Day 4... struggling. I feel that if I can modify my entire perspective on food (for instance, begin to understand the effect of food on my body/mood and study the benefits of a Raw Food diet), the cleanse will be easier for me to complete, psychologically.
