So I have just finished my very first 10 day cleanse and I have one tip that I would like to share. From day 1 through day 8 I did not put any lemon pulp into my mixture and I did not experience much hunger at all. On day 9 I thought that I would change things up a bit and put in some pulp, I was starving. On day 10 I went back to 0 pulp and I have not been hungry at all. So, if you are putting pulp into your mixture and are experiencing insane hunger, I recommend trying without pulp and see if that helps.
