I have a few questions about coming off the fast. How many 8 oz. glasses of OJ should I have on the first and second day...my book just says several as desired. Do I drink as much O.J. as I was drinking lemonade or is this too much?
The book seems to list 2 options for day 3. One is to start eating raw fruit at lunch, the other is to make the veggie soup. I was considering doing just fruit for a few days after the fast. Should I do this and then do the soup before going on to regular food?
From what I've read, some people seem to not have the unhealthy cravings for Sugar and other things that they had before the fast. Others, seem to have a lot of cravings and hunger and eat a lot as their body tries to make up for not eating for a while. I really don't want to gain back the weight I've lost so I would like to take it slow and do it right. Any suggestions?
