THANK YOU for your support :) No, my stomach didn't hurt- I actually felt better after I ate. I was pondering..I usually feel like I have low blood Sugar before I get my period and my body feels like it NEEDS it. Today I put a liitle more maple syrup in my lemonade drink, so far it seems like it was a good idea to do so.
--> You are right on- It's all in the mind. The days that I caved in I had totally had it in my mind that it wouldn't be a big deal if I broke the fast. Today I feel stronger in my mindset. I did some mental preperation this morning, I hope today is a good one for me. Day 1.
