Hi there,

I just did the cleanse two nights ago for the first time (I passed about 200 little tan-colored globs, and about 10 *really* bright green small stones).

Anyway, I ate lightly steamed apples with cinnamon the next morning, since I was kind of hungry. I didn't want to over do it, but I did eat two steamed apples.

You should follow how you feel, but best bet to keep it light!
