Day 3 Enders!

Ok, got day 3 under my belt (almost). I've pulled in 5 lemonades and lots of water plus one more lemonade and lax tea to go! I started feeling a headache coming on and was able to mostly nick it with a few syrup licks, more drink and relaxation. I will brush tonight and take a warm steam shower and REST! It may be some detox, but it's also the late night runs to the porcelain god as well (I'm tired).

The white tongue is getting a bit 'thicker' or fuzzier in the back. I hope it gets no worse. My hearing (I believe) is somewhat heightened today. My ears have felt stuffed up for some time now. I had more hunger today that the lemonade didn't take care of as much as yesterday, but it's really not bad enough to make me want to eat.

Looking forward to seeing what day 4 brings! Probably not a bed of roses, but I'm willing. How's everyone else doing? I hope we all recognize our benefits from the work we put in!
