six to twelve 8 ounce glasses. whatever you can handle. i usually put mine in a large sport water bottle and sip all day (24 ounces). usually gone through 2 of those at least by the time i get home for the day around 4... then another large glass or two brings me to the requirement.
i've made at least the 6 glasses every day but today... my last day, and i could only take one sport bottle worth.
if you find the lemonade a little gross so cant drink it down fast, try lessening the maple syrup. you have lots of leway with the maple. try cutting the syrup amount in half and see if you can drink it down easier. it's the lemon and the cayenne that really do the cleansing, so they are the more important parts to get enough of.
