Thanks for the info. What do you think of organic veggie broth combined with fresh veggies? It seems to me that veggies and water with a little Seasalt might be a bit on the bland side albeit better for me. Then again, by the end of a 21-day cleanse, it may be as fulfilling as grandma's lasagna! Anywho, the veggie broth with the fresh veggies seems to be a reasonable compromise. I don't know, what do you think?
